Dornoch Castle

Dornoch Castle is a 15th century castle in the centre of Dornoch dirctly across the square from the 12th centuryDornoch Cathedral.

In December 2000 Madonna and Guy Ritchie arrived to have their Wedding and Christening.

Also very close by is the second oldest golf course Royal Dornoch which is rated as one of the top 20 courses in the world.

Directions:

Take the A9 north of Inverness signposted Thurso Wick for 47 miles. 2 miles after the Dornoch Firth Bridge turn right and head into Dornoch. We are located in the centre of town opposite the cathedral.
